Description:

ROZUTIN CLA is a capsule preparation drug. Inform the doctor if you are allergic to any part of the medicine. Further dose, direction and duration should be followed as prescribed by the physician. Let the doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding as this medicine might show adverse effects on the baby.

Uses / Indications:

Usually prescribed in Treatment of following conditions: Stroke, Heart attack, Hypercholesterolemia, Dyslipidemia, Inflammation, Fever & Pain

Interactions / Warnings:

Consult the doctor if you are taking any prescribed or non-prescribed drugs before you start taking Rozutin CLA. Following are mentioned drugs which are known to interact with Rozutin CLA ( usually interact with clopidogrel, a constitute of Rozutin CLA ) :
- Blood thinner (warfarin, aspirin, ticlopidine)
- Painkillers/ NSAIDS (ibuprofen, diclofenac)
- Cimetidine
- Fluconazole
- Omeprazole
- Fluvoxamine
- Esomeprazole
- Antacids
Talk to the doctor if you have the medical history of the following listed diseases. As Rozutin CLA is contraindicated in patients with such diseases because clopidogrel increases the risk for abnormal bleeding.
- Bleeding disorder like hemophilia
- Stomach ulcers
- Liver disease
- Low platelets or red blood cells count

Side Effects:

How to use:

Take the medicine in the appropriate dose and direction as directed by physicians. Take it after meals on a fixed time regularly to avoid stomach upset conditions. Take it as whole, swallow it with a whole glass of water, do not chew, crush, or break it.

How it works:

Each components of Rozutin CLA has its own properties and functions. Aspirin: It helps to reduce fever and relieves pain by blocking the production of the chemical agents that causes fever and pain in the body. It reduces the stickiness of platelets hence, prevents clots. This property is helpful in preventing life threatening situations like stroke(brain stroke), heart attack. Clopidogrel: It is an anticoagulant or Antiplatelet agent. It works in such a manner that prevents platelets from clumping as a part of the blood clot. It is a helpful agent to treat the patients who are at high risk of stroke or heart attack. Rosuvastatin: A form of statin that acts as Dyslipidemic agent. Rosuvastatin blocks the enzymes HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme that is involved in cholesterol production. Resulting into low cholesterol production hence, it is effective to reduce the cholesterol in patients with obesity problems.
